About

For over 15 years, Julissa Reyes,  a State California Indigenous Arts Instructor has shared the vibrant tradition of Aztec dance with TK–6 students across the Salinas, CA area. Blending movement, music, and storytelling, she inspires young learners to explore cultural identity and appreciate the preservation of ancestral traditions—all while keeping each class lively, fun, and engaging. Local schools partner with Julissa to bring an unforgettable, hands-on cultural experience right into the classroom.
